The Residence BELLE EPOQUE is located in an ancient exclusive context completely restructured, transforming its outside area into an enchanting garden that can be used to relax while reading and sipping on a drink in the warm weather. The reconstruction of the building has resulted in an environment where classical elements of the Venetian tradition are combined with elements of modern and elegant styles. Finally the residence BELE EPOQUE has what in Venice is called “porta d’acqua”, which, in a city whose streets are canals, is the main entrance where still today our guests can arrive or depart with water taxis.
The apartment VENICE GARDEN will help you discover that a stay in Venice is a romantic experience, but also a trip back in time. At the same time comfortable and modern, it offers on the ground floor a living room overlooking the private garden consisting of a living area with a dining table, a fully equipped kitchenette for cooking, a double sofa bed. The bathroom has a bath and a washing machine. The sleeping area is a very relaxed ambient thanks to the choice of materials with which it has been decorated, consisting of a double bed and a walk-in closet.

The Residence is in a quiet area but is also close to shopping streets, the apartment VENICE GARDEN is located in the Cannaregio district, well stocked area with supermarkets, fruit and vegetable markets, bars and typical Venetian restaurants. The Residence is just a short walk to famous sights like the Strada Nuova, il Mercato di Rialto, Saint Mark’s square and the palazzo Ca’ Vendramin Calergi, home to the municipal Casino of Venice without neglecting that around you can make wonderful excursions such as visits to campo del Ghetto Novo, an ancient Jewish settlement.
