Sant’Aponal Prestige is an elegant and sophisticated apartment on the second floor of a building overlooking the lively and evocative Campo Sant’Aponal, near the famous Rialto bridge. This recently-renovated apartment has maintained its traditional Venetian terrazzo floors, exposed beams and the wrought-iron bed, and was enriched with modern and functional furniture, air conditioning and household appliances. The grey and beige furniture makes the apartment cosy for a family or friends.
The apartment includes two double bedrooms, one with a wrought-iron bed and a wardrobe and the other with a walk-in wardrobe, a desk and a nice balcony overlooking Campo Sant’Aponal. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The living room also has a small balcony overlooking Campo Sant’Aponal, a kitchenette with an induction plate, a fridge, an oven, a microwave oven, a boiler, a toaster, a dishwasher, a dining table, a sofa, TV and air conditioning.

Sant’Aponal Prestige apartment is in the heart of Rialto, between the picturesque grocery and fish markets, two minutes away from the old and evocative Rialto Bridge and 10 minutes away from Piazza San Marco, the ideal position to discover the charm of Venice. Two minutes away from the apartment, there are Rialto Mercato and San Silvestro Vaporetto stops, from where the main water bus lines transit to the Canal Grande. The apartment surroundings are extremely lively, especially early in the morning, when the market comes alive with its typical and authentic sounds and voices. Bacari (typical wine bars) and pastry shops alternate with all types of shops. Boutiques of the most famous brands are on the other side of the Rialto Bridge, on the Mercerie (Marzarie in Venetian) that lead to San Marco, one of the most beautiful squares in the world.
