The apartment Cipriani is very close to the famous Frari Church and the school Grande San Rocco. It’s situated in the Santa Croce district, that district will give you the chance to live the town “as the Venecians”. On foot and in just 5 minutes you can reach Rialto and its famous bridge which can be reached along the Ruga Vecchia, a large street that offers the most popular and typical shops of the city.
Suggestive is the crossing at San Toma Gondola near the Grand Canal, which takes you to the amazing San Marco square in as many 5 minutes. For shoppers, a short distance away is Via XXII Marzo, better known as the path of big names. Here you will find Gucci, D & G, Valentino and more.
Nearby you will find Campo Santa Margherita, a meeting place for a drink (here called “spritz”) in one of the many nearby bars.
You will also find typical restaurants where you can taste traditional Venetian or international cuisine. The apartment is easily accessible whether you arrive by car, by train or plane.
The closest stop is San Toma.
