The answer to common questions

Yes, certainly. If you experience any problems during your stay you can email our maintenance service operator on maintenanceinvenice@gmail.com or call +39 334 5408368 every day from 8.30 am to 1 pm and 2 to 8 pm.
Our assistance service will deal with resolving your problem as quickly as possible and you won’t have to await maintenance staff in the flat. Our technicians operate independently as they have keys to the flats.

If you’re coming to Venice by car, Faville Tours has a number of parking spaces in a garage at Tronchetto and from there you can take the People Mover to Piazzale Roma, a 2 minute journey, or vaporetto line 2 and then walk to our office to pick up the keys.
We suggest that you book your car parking space in advance at a cost of €18 per day, payable to the assistant in cash when you check in.

Alternatively we can book you a parking space at Garage San Marco, at the Piazzale Roma terminal, near the office. Our clients are entitled to a 10% discount in peak season and a 20% discount in low season.

When you book, a 30% deposit is payable by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or bank transfer.
The remaining amount will be debited to the same credit card supplied for deposits or you can pay by bank transfer at least 10 days before your stay.

To book a private water taxi transfer from Marco Polo airport or Santa Lucia railway station to the flat and/or vice versa contact us by email: info@favilletours.com.
For a quote we will need the number of passengers travelling, quantity of luggage and details of your flight or train (time and number).
If you book, payments will be taken by credit card at confirmation. You will then receive a voucher to show the taxi driver or client desk.

Yes, in Venice tourist tax is mandatory.
Payment must be made in cash (Euros) to the assistant when you check in.
Tourist tax is payable for the first 5 consecutive nights only and varies according to season – high season is from 1st February to 31st December and low season is January.
Children from 10 to 16 years of age are entitled to 50% off and children under 10 are free.

The nearest train station is Santa Lucia. From there you can get to our Santa Croce 460 offices, Rio Terà Sant’Andrea, near Piazzale Roma to pick up the keys on foot or by vaporetto.
Our staff will give you all the detailed information you need when you book.

Certainly. Let us know in advance and we will put a camp bed in the flat, complete with sheets. The cost of this service is €10 per stay.

Certainly, our staff will do everything they can to satisfy your requests!
During your stay you can request extra cleaning and/or laundry changes. The cost of these is not included in your package.

Each flat has different facilities shown in the Characteristics section of each sheet.
We supply sheets, towels, dishes, cutlery, glasses, kitchen implements and a map of the city to all apartments.

From Marco Polo airport to Venice you can choose from bus no.5 or the ATVO bus which will take you to Piazzale Roma.
On advance notice our staff will book you a private water taxi which will take you directly to our Piazzale Roma offices. This service is also available from the flat to the airport.
Prices and transport methods will be notified to clients on service request.
From Treviso airport, on the other hand, take the ATVO bus to Piazzale Roma or book our transfer service in advance.

At check-in, at which you will need to register and be given the keys to the flat, our assistant will ask for a Visa or Mastercard credit card on which a sum of €150 can be pre-authorised as a guarantee in the event of damage.
If you do not have a credit card you can leave €150 in cash at the desk which will be given back to you when you leave, after the flat has been checked.

Check out time is 10 am to give staff time to clean the flat for the next guests.
You cannot leave luggage in the flat after that unless late check out has been agreed in advance with the agency at extra cost.

Luggage can be left at our office in Piazzale Roma at a cost of €4 per item.

Keys are handed over at our offices in Santa Croce 460, Rio Terà Sant’Andrea, near Piazzale Roma.
It is mandatory to notify staff of late arrival.

After you book you will receive a confirmation voucher summarising your booking and check in details.
You will have to fill in an online form supplying all participant details and arrival information. When you arrive in Venice you will need to come to our offices in Santa Croce 460, Rio Terà Sant’Andrea, near Piazzale Roma to pick up your keys.

Check in time is from 3 pm to 8 pm and free during this time frame.

-From 8 pm to 11.30 pm a €25 supplement is payable.

-From 11.30 pm to 1 am a €50 supplement is payable.

After this, check in is not available except in exceptional circumstances.

Bookings can be made by telephone or email at the times shown on the website.
Every flat can be seen on the site via detailed info sheets containing a description, a summary of facilities and a floor plan.

The minimum stay is 2 nights, with the exception of Carnival and New Year when the minimum is 3 nights.
