Location
The apartment is located in one of the most central districts in Venice, right between Piazza San Marco and the Rialto bridge. Just a few steps away from the apartment, there is Campo Santi Giovanni e Paolo, one of Venice’s most charming squares, with its extraordinary gothic-style church and the façade of the school of San Marco, where the civil hospital is still headquartered. Venice is not just art and culture. Here, you can enjoy moments of relaxation in Campo Santa Maria Formosa, where you can admire its historic buildings while having an aperitivo in one of the many bars. The apartment is surrounded by shops, supermarkets, greengrocers, and small restaurants, where you can enjoy Venetian specialties. The Vaporetto (water bus) stop of Fondamenta Nuove – overlooking the North Laguna – is very close to the apartment. From here, you can reach the Murano island and the Venice Lido, headquarters of the annual International Venice Film Festival.
