From the picturesque narrow streets, you can easily reach Strada Nova, meaning Rialto and S. Marco, in a few minutes. This area is never affected by the acqua alta (high tide) and is the perfect place where to enjoy an aperitivo or a “cicchetto” (shot). The apartment is on the second floor and consists of a kitchen equipped with a fridge, an oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, and a toaster, a large and modern bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a double room and a single room with two single beds both overlooking the lagoon and with air conditioning. Sestiere di Cannaregio offers numerous attractions, such as the Venetian markets, typical shops, and excellent restaurants. A few minutes away from the apartment, walking along “Rio della Sensa”, there is “Strada Nova”, the most famous street to reach Rialto and S. Marco. The train station is ten minutes on foot from the apartment, whereas the Guglie and Tre Archi stops of the Vaporetto (the typical Venetian means of transport), from where you can reach Rialto, San Marco, the lagoon islands, and the Biennale venue, are just three minutes away.
